No pills! Complete Liquid B Vitamin Complex fromVivic Health ProductsPrivate Blend Liquid B Complex is formulated and bottled exclusively for Vivic Health Products. Why take B Vitamins? The B vitamins are actually a group of eight vitamins, which include thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12), pantothenic acid and biotin. These vitamins are essential for the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose and the breakdown of fats and proteins. B vitamins are necessary for good muscle tone in the stomach and intestinal tract, healthy skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver. Lack of B vitamins can cause hair loss, stunted nail growth and cracked lips. Another common side effect of vitamin B deficiency is a tired and listless feeling. B vitamins increase energy. Have you ever noticed that people with chronic fatigue syndrome often receive B vitamin injections from their doctor for symptomatic relief? White sugar and refined white flour rob the body of B vitamins. B vitamins are often called the "strength vitamins". They are marketed to body builders often using the name dibencozide for increased size and strength. Soft drinks and white bread take B vitamins out of your system. There are more reasons but I'm sure you get the message. The typical American diet begs for B Complex supplementation. The Vivic Private Blend Formula

If you are new to taking B supplements, you are likely to experience a "niacin flush," or a reddening of the skin and an itchy feeling. Niacin is a particularly important nutrient for improving the health of the heart and for improving blood circulation. The niacin causes the small capillaries near the surface of the skin to dilate. You experience this as a slight reddening of the skin and a warm, flushed feeling because there is more blood close to the surface of the skin. As this blood flows in these areas the cells of the small capillaries will also be getting rid of their waste products, and often they produce histamine as part of that process. That histamine is another natural substance produced by every cell in the body when the cell is under attack or is getting rid of toxins. Histamine causes an itchy feeling. Depending on when and what you ate, the sensation could last for 10 minutes or as long as an hour. It is not harmful or dangerous but can be disconcerting to those unaware of the effects of B3 or niacin. It is actually a sign of very healthy cleansing and improved blood flow. Once you have had the niacin flush with a particular quantity of niacin, usually the next day that same dosage of niacin won't create the same effect, and usually after a few more days you will have none of this sensation. Read the label carefully and measure your dose closely. 8 ml (½ tablespoon) is a very small amount so measure carefully. If you find the flush uncomfortable, cut the dose in half and slowly increase it back to 8 ml over several days. It is recommended you take B Complex on a full stomach. |
